M. ALAWWA & Partners Co. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

All orders that you place with ALAWWA will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Proof approval:
After making an order you’ll receive samples to choose from for all of the required details, (Holy Quran or Bible verses, fonts, frames, etc.) then you’ll send us the text that you want to be printed on the product, we’ll reply with a PDF file for the design proof.
Design proofs are sent via email, using the wording and layout agreed in your order.
Please note that you are responsible for checking layout, wording, spelling and grammar.
If designs are approved and signed off with typos or errors and subsequently printed, ALAWWA takes no responsibility.
If replacements are required, they will be charged for in full.

ALAWWA will always print as per the proof that is approved, unless ALAWWA deviates from the approved proof, a reprint will be offered.

Timescales:
Once we have received your order information , we aim to get your design proofs to you within two working days. Once approved, your finished order will be ready for pick up within 5-10 working days.

We offer 2 day rush printing, 1 day rush printing for last minute wedding invitation orders.

Every effort is made to get orders processed and sent as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, these timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated on your order.

International Delivery:
Please allow 4-6 working days for express international delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Customs & duties:
Any customs or import duties charged must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please note, if you are a retail or wholesale customer, M. ALAWWA & Partners will not be responsible for the customs and import duty charges.
